6. Withdrawals and Cancellations

7. Payment and security of payment methods

Customers from Tahiti and Moorea are invited to come and collect their jewelry at our workshop located in Papette every Wednesday or in Moorea in Maharepa, by appointment. Customers from the islands of French Polynesia will receive their package sent by priority freight to the freight service of the Air Tahiti agency on their respective island.
International orders, especially to Canada and the USA, will be shipped by the available carrier eg DHL. The amount of the costs will be calculated according to the chosen destination and communicated to the Customer.
In case of unavailability of the ordered product, the E-shopahinavai-pearl.comwill inform the Customer by e-mail as soon as possible and will indicate the new delivery time. In the absence of acceptance of the new delivery time, the Customer will be reimbursed within 30 days at the latest.
